Dor Kemmyn Peace Field

Our building, the Dor Kemmyn Oval (Cornish for common ground),  will be built on the beautiful site at Penmount (in the grounds of the Penmount Crematorium), which is situated to the North of Truro.  The Dor Kemmyn Peace Field has become well established as a spiritual place, used for worship and sharing information, and faith events to achieve unity and peace within our communities. Since 2012 it has been used for monthly events attended by between 30 and 60 people.

The Dor Kemmyn Peace Field has been the only place in Cornwall, over the past ten years, bringing people of different faiths, children and young people and wider communities together.  A wide range of activities and faith festivals continue to be held.  See our events page for forthcoming activities.    For more information about the Dor Kemmyn Peace Field contact our Interfaith Development Worker, Rita Stephen [email protected]
